Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience conducting psychological assessments across the lifespan. I also work with individuals ranging in age from adolescence to older adulthood in individual therapy. My approach to both diagnosis and treatment is well-rounded,  and I make sure to consider biological factors, psychological factors, and social/cultural factors into my clinical approach.

In therapy, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapies. Using these treatments, as well as others, I hope to provide a space for clients to learn about themselves and grow in order to meet their treatment goals.

My assessment approach is aimed to be all-inclusive. I enjoy taking the time to learn about all parts of the individual I work with, and how those parts all play a role in each other and the manifestation of symptoms. My goal is to work together with the client to better understand who they are, why, and what we can do to help them achieve their goals.
