Hey there! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working across the lifespan, supporting individuals from early childhood through older adulthood. My work with various demographics has shaped a deep appreciation for how people grow, adapt, and make meaning of their experiences at different stages of life.

Among other treatments, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) , and my therapeutic work is largely focused on providing trauma and culturally informed care. I also provide psychological assessment services, approaching the entire evaluation process with compassion. My goal in providing an evaluation is to help bring clarity and understanding in a therapeutic manner. Creating a space that allows for curious discovery and individuals are not left feeling confused or directionless.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective. Rather than leading the way, I aim to walk alongside my clients in their journey, offering space, perspective, and care as they navigate their own path toward growth and healing. I take time to understand each person as a whole, beyond labels or diagnoses, while recognizing the roles that their personal history, culture, and environment play in shaping who they are. My graduate work focused on understanding how race and ethnicity plays a role in understanding our own mental health, which continues to inform my reflective and culturally aware approach to care.

About Me:

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family including my very high energy dog, who keeps me quite busy. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors rock climbing, hiking, backpacking, and paddle boarding. I’m drawn to places that feel a little quieter and more open, where I can slow down, move at my own pace, and just appreciate nature’s beauty. I love learning about different subjects through reading, and I’ll never turn down watching a nature documentary. My comfort foods are pho, pozole, spaghetti, and cha siu bao.
